We take great care when shipping the photographs. All photographs are inspected prior to packing. We carefully package every item to prevent damage during shipping.

All framed and unframed photographs are shipped flat and secured in sturdy rectangular packaging.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery time for unframed pieces is approximately 4 to 5 weeks. Delivery time for framed pieces is approximately 5 to 7 weeks.

Signed Limited Editions: Unframed, Signed Limited Editions may take up to 7 weeks to reach you. Each photo is custom printed individually and approved by the photographer prior to their hand signature. On occasion, the photographer may be on assignment and unavailable to immediately oversee the process and sign your print. In this instance, a fine arts representative will call you to let you know the estimated delivery time for your Signed Limited Edition photographic print.

You will receive confirmation of your delivery via email the day the order is shipped.

Please notify us of your intent at 1-914-514-8213 or at our toll free no: 1-866-530-8122. The photograph MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL BOX and via the original shipper, FedEx. We cannot accept returns in packaging other than that used for original shipment. Include a copy of your Packing Slip and completed Return Forms. Be sure to specify the reason for your return on the Return Form. The return address is listed on both the Packing Slip and Return Form that were included with your item when shipped to you. Photographs must be returned in their original condition. We will inspect the piece and give you a 100% purchase price refund or a free replacement if available and desired.

If you decide to return your purchase outside the 72-hour timeframe you will be charged a 10 to 20% restocking fee depending on the production cost of your piece.
